Diana has over 20 years experience as a senior executive and consultant, specialising in change management, leadership and organisational development and cultural and behavioural change. She has extensive experience of supporting clients at business and Board level to successfully implement effective change initiatives through innovative, engaging and targeted interventions that build capability at individual and team level in the behaviours that improve performance and deliver business results.
Her clients include companies in Construction; Oil and Gas; Insurance; Merchant Banks; Media; Publications; Retail; Travel; Information Technology; Central and Local Government and Health Services. They describe her way of working with them as energising, motivating, inspirational, and inclusive.
Having delivered global programmes in Europe, Africa, Asia, Asia Pacific, and the Americas, Diana is experienced in working with diverse, multicultural organisations, and understands the complexities of working across different cultures, languages and communication styles. Diana is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
