Elaine joined Glowinkowski International in 2011. She has undertaken senior Organisational Development roles in a range of industries, ranging from Professional Services, Legal, Construction and Banking. During her 20 plus years in HR she has lead major Talent Management, Performance Management and Organisational Design projects with measurable results for the business.
She is passionate about helping companies achieve a win-win: be a successful company and a great place to work. She is an experienced executive coach. She is also an NLP Master Practitioner, holds diplomas in Personal Development and Corporate Coaching and is qualified to use a range of psychometric tools.
She has a strong interest in Art, her degree having been History of Art at Edinburgh University.
