Team Leader
Emma has a background in a predominantly service and sales-focused environment, having worked in a number of sectors including insurance, wholesale distribution and marketing. Emma joined Glowinkowski International in 2005 as a member of our client support team focusing on the provision of client/consultant co-ordination, ensuring efficient and timely communications and provision of information to clients, and now leads the support team.
In addition to leading the team, Emma has extensive experience and knowledge in the management of quantitative and qualitative surveys in terms of Behaviour, Culture and Climate. She manages and supports ongoing survey services that we deliver to our customers. This is global in application and to both large multinationals and small organisations.
