Research Assistant
Esther is a recent graduate from The University of Bath.
As part of her four year degree in Sociology and Human Resource Management, Esther spent 12 months working for the Arcadia Group as a Resourcing Assistant. This time was spent in the Shared Services HR team dealing with entry level graduate applications, customer service recruitment and general administration.
After completing her degree, she joined Glowinkowski’s client support team as a Research Assistant. Esther’s role at Glowinkowski has so far involved projects in the public sector such as a diversity and inclusion review and specific workshops designed to develop senior teacher’s leadership skills. She will also continue to be involved in developing the GIL Forum and social networking activity.
