During her 31 years working in the Education sector, Hilary has had extensive experience as a subject leader (Performing Arts) and pastoral leader at secondary school level in both the maintained and independent (boarding and day) sectors and more recently as an SLT member and governor. Hilary has been responsible for the implementation of new initiatives, strategic planning and curriculum development. She has considerable experience in peer coaching and coaching and mentoring trainee and newly qualified teachers.
Since joining GIL in 2009, Hilary has worked across the Education sector in leadership development, training and coaching, helping senior leadership teams to define their strategy and set their direction.
