Robert has over thirty years experience in the international financial services environment, with wide-ranging senior responsibilities including Executive Director of Human Resources for Barclays Bank’s UK operations and Chief Operating Officer for FirstCaribbean International Bank.
Robert’s international experience includes working in mainland Europe, Africa, Central and South America as well as the USA, Canada and the Caribbean.
Since joining the Glowinkowski International team in 2005, Robert has worked at an executive and senior management level with clients across a number of sectors including construction, engineering, financial services and property development. His skills and experience in the areas of organisation development and change, and executive development and team building are much in demand.
Robert was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1998.
