GIL is a company engaged in assessment services. We use and develop assessment tools (including but not restricted to the assessment of individuals’ predispositions, motives, competencies and work place Climate) for both analysis and research purposes. When you visit the Website you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, gender, age, other personal details and details regarding your employment.
