Eric represents GIL’s interests in North America, and his consulting work increases clients’ leadership impact on business results. His life experience of working in over 40 countries makes for a good fit with multinational clients (The Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft, Novartis, etc.) that seek innovative leadership solutions.
Eric was CEO of a UCLA-based eHealth company that provided online specialty medical services between the US and international medical centers in the Middle East. He taught change and complexity courses at UCLA and UC Irvine Business School Extension, and applied his research findings through consulting work with Viacom, Bayer, Toyota, MTV Networks, Pfizer, and Sony. He has led consulting organizations in the US, Europe, and globally.
