At the heart of the ETLS™ programme is a behavioural style that enhances an individual’s influencing capability. Influencing others is go great importance to leader’s but is a delivery attribute that is not especially abundant.
ETLS™ provides a highly effective learning experience that focuses on the following areas:
- Surfacing and dealing with difficult issues, e.g. performance, ineffective communication
- Saying no to someone, e.g. to awarding performance bonuses, to customers, to promotion
- Influencing key stakeholders within or outside the organisation to support a proposal to change something in the organisation, be that a product, service, process, structure etc.
- Persuading others, be they the boss, a direct report, a peer, to do something differently
