Kingsley Weber was born in Sri Lanka and educated in the UK. His multicultural background has helped him to live and work effectively in Asia Pacific, West Africa, The Caribbean, China, USA , South America and Europe during the last 26 years.
Kingsley’s insight’s from his R&D, business and international leadership experience with ICI, Astra Zeneca and Monsanto has shaped his considerable consulting experience with major private and public sector clients, including BP, Carestream Health, Allergan, MEASAT and the Foreign Commonwealth Office.
His work on multicultural leadership and diversity and using integrated frameworks to deliver inclusive strategies has helped these organisations to recognise the operational benefits of using innovation, strong leadership, climate change and inclusion to increase efficiency, output and productivity.
Kingsley is regularly invited to chair and speak at, international fora on Leadership, Diversity & Engagement, Key Account Management, Strategy & Implementation and the Impact of Leadership Behaviour on Performance.
