Data produced by the LOI™ measurement methodology is both descriptive and prescriptive, showing the causation of performance gaps.
LOI™ data helps organisational leaders and their team members to pinpoint where attention needs to be devoted in order to raise Climate and, thereby, performance. Climate is an outcome of leaders’ behaviours, efficient organisational design and effective process management. Knowing precisely in which of these three ‘change levers’ issues may lie allows targeted change investment to be made, resulting in more reliable and dependent improvements to be realised. For instance, certain leaders may need to enhance the quality of some of their behavioural delivery. One area of the organisation may require re-structuring. Some processes may need to be reviewed and refined.
